A: Sure, but the sample charge and international shipping cost should be paid by customers. Sample will be sent out within 3 days; Customized sample need more time.

Q: Do you make custom order?
A: Yes, OEM and ODM service is available for us. We can produce as customer's designs.
Q: What's the delivery time?
A: For stock items, goods will be sent within 3 days.
Q: What's the shipping way?
A: By Express (Such as DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT, EMS, SF) By Air (you need told us your location Airport) By sea (you need told us your location shipping port)

Q: After payment, when can I receive my order?
A: After payment received, goods will be sent within 3-5days for sample orders. Full container order, 20 days production after we receive the deposit.
